The Store Manager is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and to drive sales by persuading customers/patients to make purchases; drives customer engagement, provides in-depth product knowledge, in-charge of inventory management, and accomplishes established sales targets.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure store operations sure runs smoothly and effectively.
Motivates sales teams, creates business strategies to achieve goals, and trains new store personnel.- Assists in manpower planning and talent development.
Provides analysis on retail organization systems process.
- Drives sales result and commitment to customer service to all store personnel.
Instills and enforces discipline and compliance amongst all store personnel in his/ her store.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.- Minimum of 5 years exposure in retail industry and function-related work experience
Experience in managing and developing staff is a plus.
- Must have a good understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
Must be customer-oriented and able to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.- Knowledgeable of sales and marketing strategies.
Has the ability to identify and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or staffing challenges.
- Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic computer skills is required.
