- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a clean and organized sales floor area before and after the store opens.
- Maintain visually appealing merchandise display.
Assist customers in their shopping journey.- Processing. Monitoring and reporting customer payment
Generate customers through store awareness campaigns such as flyering, promo announcement etc..
- Replenishment of low inventory items and assist in receiving, processing and organizing deliveries.
Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the store to give advice and recommendations as needed
Creation and maintaining of regular store report.
Must be a graduate of any business course or related
- Previous experience in retail of 2-3 years
Good Communications Skills- Knowledgeable in excel and pptx
Leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage staff
