Job Title: Retail Operations OfficerThe Retail Operations Officer assist the Retail Operations Manager to set sales target, implement action plans for achieving set objectives, develops and implements operational strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction of all stores.
- Expected Tasks and Abilities:
- Data Analytics Analyze raw data for insights and trends to help organization make decision and succeed. Makes strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
- Strategic Thinking and Execution the ability to strategize and execute a plan and solve complex problems and identify opportunities.
- Collaborative Skills enable to successfully work towards a common goal with other departments. Will work collaboratively with category management, sales and marketing department, purchasing, supply chain and logistics.
- Leadership the ability to delegate tasks effectively and guide stores to accomplish comprehensive reports. With good motivational skills and has the ability to influence and guide large number of store personnel.
- Product Knowledge to have a complete understanding of product and brand we are selling.
- Communication skills internal and external customers must be accommodated eagerly. Both speaking and writing abilities have to tapped in this role.
- Rapport Building knows how to connect and develops meaningful conversation and willingness to accept different point of views.
- 100% attainment set objectives and targets for Nifty stores and Nanoleaf.
- Direct and supervise retail staff across all stores to engage in sales, inventory management and customer service requirements
- Review, measures, analyses sales activity to ensure company sales standards and campaign usage are being upheld at all times
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide solutions that address performance issues in store operations in a timely and effective manner
- Conducts store visits to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales
- Monitor inventory levels on a per brand and per category to determine the need for stock supply across all stores
- Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures across all stores
- Product forecasting in collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager
- b. Business Development Expansion
- Business and Marketing Relations
- Primary responsibilities include finding good business and marketing opportunities and locations, negotiating deals and establishing good reationships with the company's real estate partners. These include talking and coordinating with Lessors, Tenant Relations officers, Marketing officers and similar entities.
- Admin Works
- Coordinates communications between the company and its partners.
- Creates presentations to aid the company management's decision-making.
- Organizes and maintains records of the arrangements and pertaining documents between the company and its partners.
- Other projects/ duties may be assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
- Check and secure strategic space for retail expansion
- Negotiate with leasing department of malls for retail expansion, rental and other related counter offers and concerns
- Coordinate with concerned department for the preparation of store openings; business permit, insurance and other related activities
- Coordinates with Mall Operations Department regarding all requirements for store opening
