• Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Speediance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong understanding of smart home gym equipment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales.

• Key Responsibilities:

Product Demonstration:

• Demonstrate the functionality and versatility of Speediance smart home gym equipment to potential customers.

Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of the product, including workout programs, resistance levels, and technology integrations.

• Provide personalized fitness advice based on the customer's goals and needs, showcasing how Speediance can help them achieve those goals.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Engage with customers to understand their fitness needs and recommend appropriate Speediance products.

Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting and selling the products.

• Handle customer inquiries, offer product comparisons, and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Assist with processing transactions, handling payments, and managing returns or exchanges as necessary.

Store Operations: Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.

• Maintain product displays and ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.

Assist in inventory management, including restocking products and conducting regular stock checks.

• Participate in promotional activities, such as product launches, demonstrations, and in-store events.

Training and Development:

• Stay updated on product knowledge, including new features, updates, and best practices for using Speediance equipment.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.

• Support other team members as needed, including covering shifts and assisting with other tasks.

• Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fitness or technology sectors.

• Strong interest in fitness and wellness, with a basic understanding of gym equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain technical features in an easy-to-understand manner.

Strong sales and customer service skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
