Job Overview:_
The Business Development Specialist (Pre-Sales Specialist) plays a crucial role in the initial stages of the sales process. This position is designed for individuals who excel in understanding customer needs and matching those needs with the right product solutions. Unlike traditional sales roles that involve managing demos, contracts, and negotiations, the Pre-Sales Associate focuses on profiling potential clients, understanding product fit, and conducting product demos to qualified leads in collaboration with Business Developers.

Key Responsibilities: _
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and profile potential clients, understanding their needs and how our products can meet those needs.
Work closely with Business Developers to refine and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification.- Conduct product demos to qualified leads, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions in collaboration with Business Developers.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, staying updated on new features and updates to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine pre-sales materials and presentations.
Track and report on pre-sales activities and outcomes, providing insights into the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pre-sales process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.
_Qualifications
_- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
At least one year of pre-sales or sales experience in the SAAS industry or a similar field.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex ideas.
Proven track record of generating leads and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and determine product fit.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with Business Developers and other team members.
