Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer shipments, promoting our range of shipping services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Accept and process shipments: Handle customer parcels efficiently and accurately for both local and international destinations.
- Promote and sell services: Actively promote Bestie Express's shipping services, explaining options to customers and upselling where possible.
Customer service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.- Manage transactions: Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales records.
Maintain store standards: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Education: At least a high school graduate.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
