Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and monitor online and offline sales activities of the sales associates to achieve company sales objectives
Be able to contribute in developing sales strategies and sales forecasts
Prepares sales reports and other admin-related documents (which includes Concept Stores documents if needed)
Be able to contribute in modifying/ adding SOPs. Ensure that it is well cascaded to the team.
Creation of staff schedule
Manage performance concerns, handle disciplinary discussions and implement disciplinary actions
Be able to handle conflicts as part of customer management and provide timely fair decisions
Provide ad-hoc support to other departments (digital, marketing, procurement etc) as needed.
Qualifications
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate with 6 months CCE
College Grad No Experience Required
Excellent communication skills
WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
