Sales Officer-In-ChargeWe need a reliable sales officer-in-charge who can oversee the day-to-day operations and work of frontline sales staff, serve as the primary contact point between our retail IT business and prospective clients, and identify and educate prospective customers while supporting existing clients. You will be responsible for leading our frontline sales efforts by leading the sales staff and also communicating the benefits of our IT products and services to potential customers on-site, and your team.

Retail Store Manager- Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and work of lower-level staff
Monitor daily attendance of store employees and take disciplinary action (when necessary)
- Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule- Provide regular sales reports, and analyze and interpret performance data with the manager
Present, promote, and sell our IT products and services to existing and prospective customers, and potential corporate customer accounts in the store
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
1-2 years of work experience in sales- Past experience managing and leading sales staff / teams is a must
Must possess the skills of a team leader: relationship management, conflict management, openness to feedback, decision making, and adaptability are important
- Knowledge in IT products and services and ability to communicate knowledge to your sales team
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and address their needs- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people daily, build relationships, and network
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
