Title: Retail Marketing Officer
The
Retail Marketing Officer conceptualizes and develops graphic design for advertising, promotional and packaging materials as support to the system-wide brand, retail, channels and promotions initiatives.
Merchandising Management: Plan and coordinate the merchandising calendar, ensure timely production of materials, provide guidelines to stores for consistent execution, develop merchandising fixtures, and train staff.
Retail Store Look: Collaborate on store design concepts, work with different departments to implement changes, and create visual designs for the stores.
Packaging Design Development: Lead packaging changes and innovations, work with research and development teams, analyze market trends, and suggest improvements for packaging.
Creative Design Development: Create various artworks for retail marketing, thematic campaigns, and support groups, ensuring high-quality and consistent designs.
Organization: Participate in employee engagement programs, fulfill organizational responsibilities, and contribute to team building initiatives.
Qualification
- A graduate of a 4 year-course / bachelor's degree holder of any of the following relevant courses (Industrial/Commercial/Fine Arts/Multi-Media Management/Advertising)
- At least 2 years of work experience in FMCG or Retail Industry responsible for developing and evaluating retail/merchandising/packaging design Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience from an advertising/graphics design agency or any similar experience.
- Relevant experience in interacting with suppliers, creative agencies, and various internal departments like marketing, business channels, and HR.
- Relevant experience managing various design and merchandising aspects to enhance the brand's visual appeal and ensure consistency across stores.
