: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each retail location, considering local market dynamics, customer demographics, and the competitive landscape.
: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events both online and offline. Ensure seamless implementation and alignment with brand guidelines.
: Collaborate with store operations and merchandising teams to enhance the in-store experience through visual merchandising, signage, displays, and promotional materials.
: Work with Brand Communication and Digital Marketing to integrate digital marketing and PR tactics, including social media, press release creation, KOL collaboration, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic to retail stores and promote special offers and events.
: Assist with all aspects of in-store event planning, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, coordination with suppliers, and to ensure timely delivery and execution of event-related services. Manage inventory and procurement of event supplies, materials, and equipment.
: Develop strategies to engage customers and build loyalty through targeted marketing communications, loyalty programs, and customer feedback initiatives.
: Oversee the in-store management of the OneASICS loyalty program.
o Design and implement strategies to increase sign ups, and in-store customer participation.
o Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for program improvement and personalize rewards.
: Create strategic sale event activities for the stores aligning with the monthly target sales.
: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
: Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and local businesses to explore co-marketing opportunities such as mall sale activities, mall category events, in-mall ads, and other cross-promotion initiatives.
: Manage the retail marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including foot traffic, sales conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to track progress and inform decision-making.
: Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all retail marketing initiatives. Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
