Responsibilities

Associate Manager for Retail Marketing plays a key role in bridging the gap between brand strategy/vision and in-store execution. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Group Head, they will be working closely with the Marketing Team, providing operational oversight and coordination to ensure the timely and on-brand implementation of retail marketing initiatives across all company-managed offline (or physical) retail channels for brands in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• With at least 3-4 years of experience in retail marketing or marketing operations or similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
• Able to think critically and creatively, with a strong understanding of retail marketing principles. With an ability to understand the brand's DNA and a keen eye for ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• Must have strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently but also enjoys collaboration across teams (brand, merchandising, visual merchandising, sales & operations, retail frontliners).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
