Supervises and coordinates the units under him to ensure the safety of the building premises and occupants by providing adequate equipment such as fire extinguishers etc.
Coordinate, assist and report all store incidents such as shoplifting / pilferages, robbery, theft and etc. to store officer, manager or higher up supported with proper documents needed if in any case it will be escalated to higher authorities.
Roves and inspects all areas/facilities in the building, must have employees per designated areas and proper posting of all guards on duty before, and after opening every day making sure is in order
To conduct PEP talk together with Store officer or person in charge in preparation before store opening and informing all customer about the store closing hour
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
Ensures office maintenance is addressed such as telephone communications, lights, water and other utilities.- Monitor office maintenance by conducting regular check of office facilities and reports/request necessary materials that need immediate action.
QUALIFICATION
Proven experience as retail and admin officer or in other managerial position for at least 2years and above
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Excellent knowledge of retail management
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
