Yamato Cafe Graduate of any 4 - year course, preferably HRM, Hospitality Management or any related course.- At least 1 year work experience as a Service Trainer.
Has at least 2 years exposure in a restaurant operations, preferably as a server and cashier.
- With good interpersonal skills
Willing to do field works (Metro Manila area)
_Training & Development _
- Conducts Brand Orientation as needed.
Facilitates training modules on Service Culture and Hospitality and Service Standards as scheduled.- Monitors progress of newly hired Service Specialist deployed for on-the-job training.
Validates station proficiency of Service Trainees and recommends interventions as needed.
- Attends product training for soon-to-lunch food and beverage items and facilitates service training for the new items.
Conducts refresher and supplemental trainings for all Dining Chiefs and Service Specialists.
_Operations Support_- Provides support for soon-to-open stores as part of the opening team.
Conducts quarterly training audit to monitor service personnel's knowledge and adherence to standards.
- Does regular store visits to provide coaching and feedback to all service personnel as needed.
Cascades information to the Service department regarding changes/ revisions on food / beverage items.
_Administration_- Submit timesheet to Bar Training officer in a timely manner.
Assist Service Training Officer in preparing and updating the menu guide, as necessary.
- Checks availability and competences of training tools in the stores and updates it as needed.
Conducts final Station Validation and evaluates trainees and makes recommendations as necessary.

Pay: Php19,- 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
