The
Restaurant Systems Officer creates and operationalizes Restaurant Operation Systems (ROS) for cafes and kiosks with the goal of enhancing customers overall experience. S/he highlights critical areas for improving Caf and Kiosk ROS and offers suggestions for improvements. S/he orchestrates various resources required to quickly and effectively address issues within restaurant systems while maximizing the right routes for communication.
Plans and creates process workflows/flow charts, process maps, and reports that are comprehensive and easy to understand in order to facilitate correct CAPA for both Operations and Process owners.
- Documents policies, procedures, and processes that are necessary to improve and maintain Store Operation Procedures for overall customer satisfaction.
Creates and maintains a system of continuous improvement of Store Operation Systems.- Creates compelling SOP's that are easy to follow and replicable resulting to operational excellence.
Recommends permanent solutions before implementing to stores.
- Compile and align company process related but not limited to Restaurant Operation Systems.
Coordinates to cross-functional departments and stakeholders for a streamlined store openings.- Conducts store visits and validation audits on implemented processes, policies, and procedures.
Ensures that all functions are performed accurately and finished in a timely manner.
- Provides assistance and answers all inquiries related to Restaurant Systems.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.- Provides necessary trainings to implement process improvements/changes.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Bachelor's Degree in
Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related course.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a process improvement officer in restaurant operations, food manufacturing, or related.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Candidate must be willing to be assigned in our secondary office location at ARCA South, Taguig City.
