Position Overview:
The Restaurant System Management Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all operational systems within the restaurant. This role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring the efficient use of technology to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Oversight:Lead the implementation and management of restaurant management systems, including POS, inventory control, scheduling, and customer relationship management.
- Process Optimization:Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency.
- Data Management:Utilize data analytics to assess performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational trends. Prepare detailed reports for upper management to support decision-making.
- Training and Development:Design and deliver training programs for staff on system usage and best practices to ensure proficiency and enhance overall productivity.
- Vendor Management:Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure systems are maintained, updated, and aligned with the restaurant's needs.
- Compliance:Ensure that all systems comply with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments.
- Customer Engagement:Implement systems to enhance customer engagement, including loyalty programs and feedback mechanisms, to improve overall guest satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams to foster collaboration and ensure smooth operations across all areas of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in restaurant operations, with a focus on system management and process improvement.
