RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
Organize and supervise shifts.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.
At least 1 year working experience in the same capacity.- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
Proven customer service experience as a manager.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Extremely organised and detail-oriented.- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
Willing to work in restaurant branches.
