Possible Store Assignment:_
Rockwell, Makati BGC, Taguig
To supervise the store operations to to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor that quality food products are correctly served to customers
Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store
Keep track of item movement in the store for monthly inventories
- Coordinate with the General Services Department the performance of the equipment, furniture and fixtures
Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores- Prepares and monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
Monitor individual performance of each staff
- Monitor, gather and analyze sales performance matrix
Work together with the team and the Area manager in meeting the store's goals and profitability
Qualifications: At least has 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
- Problem solving and decision making skills
Customer service driven- Financial and analytical skills
Leadership skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
Good proficiency in English language- Good command of MS Office Applications
Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
