Restaurant Supervisor- Key duties and responsibilities:
Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
Maintain high-quality food and service standards
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Develop strategies for improving our customers dining experience
Work with staff to project future needs for operational supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
Manage the work schedules of the restaurant's staffs
Overseeing food/drinks preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food/drink supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
Accomplish reports and other tasks as assigned
Reports any irregularities to Superior
College Level or at least completed 3 years in college, preferably HRM, Business course or culinary studies
With extensive experience in casual dining restaurant.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting and can work under pressure
Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
With working knowledge in Bar operations
Willing to be train in Ortigas Pasig
