Restaurant Supervisor- Knowledge of scheduling, food safety standards, and food industry / fine dining restaurant standards
-Experience in sales, promotions, budgeting, costing, stock management, and inventory control
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word
- Strong time management and leadership skills
- Energetic and able to motivate a team
- Attention to detail and strictness
Graduate of Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related courses
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a Hotel or Restaurant (Supervisory or Managerial Level) preferably in Fine Dining set-up
Experienced in managing customer complaints and reports- With at least work experience in handling different kinds of people
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can communicate at all levels of the organization
Customer service-oriented- Willing to be assigned to one of our restaurants/branches in NCR
