The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Planning and Delegating Duties to the staff
- Assist in managing the daily operation of the store
- Overseeing smooth running of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Conducting inspection of the restaurants and ensuring proper hygiene
- Professionally Respond Guests concerns and resolve to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Service or Business Management or any related course
- Available Branch: BF PARANAQUE and QUEZON CITY
- Minimum of 2 Years of management experience
- Excellent Customer Service and Floor Management
- Strong Leadership and Management Skills
