Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (casual, high-end dining restaurant)
Work Location: (2) BGC, Taguig & (1) Salcedo Village Makati
Job Description:
- Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally- Maintain quality control for all food served
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience
- Responsible for POS machine maintenance and use
Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products; order accordingly- Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Prepares inventory reports of all items in the store
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS HRM or any food related course
At least 2 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor- Must be computer literate especially excel formatting
Must be food apps savvy
- Experience in food costs for promotion is a plus
Excellent in written and verbal communication- Must have customer service skills and customer oriented personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
