The store supervisor oversees FOH operations to ensure that the restaurant run smoothly. They provide team members the training and supervision, monitor adherence to food safety and health rules, and address customer complaints.
-Assists the Branch Manager in preparing and analyzing sales reports and creates action plans to achieve sales and marketing targets
-Assists in compliance monitoring of the FOH team on the sales and marketing initiatives of the restaurant
Implements sales building activities to drive sales during the shift
-Assists FOH Manager in establishing costs in collaboration with the BOH by reviewing what were returned to the kitchen and what are potentially re-usable
-Assists FOH Manager in monitoring and optimizing cost targets

PEOPLE 25%-Assists FOH Manager in monitoring FOH team performance through proper training, coaching and counselling-
-Ensures that the standard procedures of quality service are being adhered to per SCPQ Manual
- Ensures that the daily manpower schedule of the front of the house team members is strictly followed

Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the dining area
Undertakes regular line check of all areas within the dining area to ensure complete adherence to agreed policies and procedures
- Quality Buffet Management
Ensures quality buffet presentation that should be interesting and appetizing to the customer's visual appeal
Assists in tracking and recording dishes replenished during service
Consistently ensures that all furniture, fixtures and equipment are readily available, clean, and in excellent working condition
Assists FOH / BOH Managers in all maintenance processes and operations
Assists in optimizing maintenance budget or controls expenses
Assists in implementing maintenance procedures
Ensures that routine inspection of the facilities is conducted to detect and resolve problems.
Preferably a Graduate of BS Hotel & Restaurant Management
1 -2 years of experience in supervisory role- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the restaurant industry
