Shift Supervisor to be assigned to our
branches in MAKATI. Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Lead store in achieving performance targets.
Implement programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operations.- Manage people and serve the training & coaching needs of subordinates
Responsible for the control of operations expenses & food cost
Have strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
- Have good floor management skills.
Have good customer service skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course or equivalent- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 2-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Restaurant Food Service
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
