Position Overview: As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations
during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth restaurant
operations. You will lead a team of staff members, handle customer concerns,
and manage inventory and sales.
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Manage shift scheduling and staff performance.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with training new employees.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant
or similar environment.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Management Trainee
in FMCG or restaurant operations
- Open to undergraduates with solid experience, but a college degree is preferred
- Experience with P&L/Inventory Management is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
