We are looking for Restaurant Manager!
Within NCR
- Handled, trained, and coached at least 5 direct reports
Graduate of Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent- Trained in food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Worked in a company with structured organization and systems
- Comprehensive experience in overall store operations (BOH / FOH)
Food cost management, spoilage, yield and labor budgeting.
- Overall Operations Management: Recommends strategic plans and reviews; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; Address and resolve conflicts and concerns; complete audits; and determine system improvements
- Financial Management: Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; optimize revenues
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation licensing regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing longterm strategies.
- Ensure assigned stores are compliant on the standard procedures and will pass the quarterly/yearend store audits
Have at least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, 3 years in a similar role
With good market understanding (new products / competitor's activity)
Have strong communication, leadership, customer service, and people skills

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
