Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. A company engaged in establishments, operation and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of a Restaurant Manager who will develop procedural requirements and increase profitability of our establishment. .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel- Professional, responsible and accountable for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.
Manage plans and all F&B orders, staff and finance.
- Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement and deliver target profits.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service by ensure all guests are delighted with our products, service and atmosphere (whole package experience)- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify guests needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork- Comply with all health and safety regulations and all government law and policies
Report on management regarding sales, profits results, productivity and all other situations and information
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Management or any related course
At least 5 years experience in Food & Beverage industry as a manager- Operates with initiative, commitment, strong work ethic & sense of urgency
Has an exceptional sense of customer service
- Good communication and leadership skills is required
Guest oriented and service minded
