Job Description

Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Implement and oversee policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
  • Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaning staff.

Knows how to delegate tasks to team in order to run operation seamlessly

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Foster a positive work environment and address any staff issues or conflicts
  • Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and inquiries.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.

Enhance the customer experience by developing relationships with regular patrons.
  • Financial Management:

Manage restaurant budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and manage costs.
  • Reporting and Communication: (VERY IMPORTANT)

Proactively manage and respond to upper management inquiries.

Provide timely and comprehensive updates on store operations to upper management.

Ensure reports are accurate, detailed, and submitted on time and in full

  • Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Financial acumen and budget management experience.

Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
