SALES AND PROFITABILITY- ACHIEVE SALES TARGET AND PROFITABILITY - Responsible for planning and setting of strategies in achieving sales target as commitment to the company.
MAXIMIZES SALES AND PROFITABILITY - Prepares budget based on targets, expenditures, and revenue projection. Ensuring positive Net Income at PNL.- PROFIT AND LOSS - proper analysis and identifies root causes of variances and opportunities to improve performance. Have full knowledge on Food Cost, Labor Cost, Controllable and Uncontrollable Cost of the store.
SERVICE EXCELLENCE- Responsible in the delivery of excellent service to our valued customers and setting a good example to the team. Initiates, establishes, and maintains business relationships with customers and possible clients.- CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS- In charge of managing complaints and service recovery in his/ her assigned store.
OWNERS AND PARTNERS- builds and maintains strong positive relationship with company owners and partners as well.
- COMMUNITY- builds and maintains positive and strong relationship with the community (Government, tenants and locals)
LOCAL STORE MARKETING - ensures that all marketing programs will help improve store sales and will continue in advertising the brand.
FSC AND CASH AUDIT- responsible in driving the team in achieving target scores in every audit set by the Management.- REPORTS - ensures accuracy on reports and always meets deadline of submission.
FOOD QUALITY, SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS STANDARDS - strictly implement measures in maintaining quality in serving food, giving service and cleanliness in all areas and gives corrective action plan in the non-conformance of FSC Standards.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT- reviews and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of the system for operations.
SAFETY AND SECURITY- strictly implements store safety and security procedures and designs additional preventive measures needed by the store.- RESOURCES 5 Ms - responsible in managing and maximum utilization of Manpower, Machine, Method, Money and Materials based on the budget set by the Management.
CRISIS MANAGEMENT PROTOCOLS - seamless execution of crisis management protocols to the team.
- GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS - ensures completeness on documents of the store required by the government and local health.
CASH AND STOCKS CONTROL- conducts regular audit on cash fund, actual sales, POS Generated sales and compliance on cash handling procedures. Ensures accuracy on food and non-food inventory.
COMMAND AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible in giving correct directions to his/her Managers and Team Members in adheres to the expected job performance and behavior that will result to the profitability and harmonious professional relationship inside the store.- ACCOUNTABILITY- Has full accountability on overall performance, organization and welfare of the team. Must train, guide and motivate employees to ensure productivity, professional development and professional growth.

Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager
Skilled in project management- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Customer-service oriented- A team player with leadership skills
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or any equivalent course.
- With experience in Restaurant Operations.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Willing to be trained at Tomas Morato, Quezon City
