Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Acacia Hotel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high food quality standards. This is a full-time position located in Morjim, Goa, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff
- Create and implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
