Job Description

Purpose / Position Summary

Responsible for providing support to the store management team by monitoring of dining, bar and kitchen station in a given shift. This includes maintaining control over restaurant and kitchen supplies, inventory, and other opening and closing procedures standards in each shift. Assists the Supervisor and Asst. Supervisor in ensuring the standards of quality and service are met.
  • Operational Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment as adhered by proper standards, including a walk-thru of the interiors, kitchen stations, comfort rooms, security, etc.

To be involved in achieving of Rue Bourbon food, bar, restaurant costs target set by Top Management.

Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other restaurant services.

To communicate effectively through various methods such as regular briefings/meetings and individual discussions

Approves weekly schedule

Monitor and oversee store purchases, menus, staff, and payroll.

Ensure that proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Assist direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues, throughout the shift ensuring proper food specifications, portioning, handling and other safety and sanitation standards.

Always keen on monitoring the cleanliness of the restaurant kitchen and dining standards

Motivating the staff in selling high returns to net menu items to hit target sales

To attend meetings as required.

To be proactive in maximizing sales and generating profits.

Coordinate with upper management any issues with regards to operation

Customer Service Functions:


Conducts table visits and ensures all orders are served correctly

Handles customer issues and concerns

Makes sure that quality service is maintained by asking for customer feedbacks and check back system.

Represents Rue bourbon to guests and future customers/affiliates

To work closely with the Supervisor for reservations, monitoring of the customer database and helps in conducting first name basis system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
