Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree In Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management or any related course/s.
Must be familiar with the basics in Store Operations including but not limited to Reports, Target Sales etc.- Proven experience as area manager, store manager or similar managerial role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Problem-solving skills
Ensures smooth flow of the daily store operation- Immediately attends customer queries and concern
Formulates plans and programs to achieve store targets
- Seeks opportunities and initiates suggestions to improve the business
Handles stores HR & Admin, matters such as target-setting, request for manpower needs, & disciplinary measures in accordance with company regulations
