Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related field is required- At least 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Knowledgeable in the computation and balance of Profitability and Loss
- Must have experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and handling inventory
Ensures proper staffing across all stations (FOH and BOH) of the restaurant- Trained in food and beverage safety and hygiene procedures
With excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and people skills
- Organized and detail oriented
Must have excellent floor management skills- Strong planning, organizing, problem analysis and decision making abilities
Flexible to be available on weekends, night shifts and holidays
