, Quezon City- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
Train and supervise all restaurant dining staff, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, the business, and their job responsibilities.- Provide excellent customer service ensuring that customers feel valued, welcome, and have an employee dining experience.
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
- Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including food and labor costs, inventory and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.- Develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed to improve restaurant operations and customer service.
