Primarily responsible for the overall efficient operation and systematic flow of the bar and restaurant. Specifically ensures profitability while maintaining the company image and the standards of the company.
Manages the daily operations of the store
- Leads store in achieving performance targets
Implements programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operations- Manages people and serves the training & coaching needs of subordinates
Handles the store's profit and loss for cost management
- Ensures product quality and availability
Provide high standard of customer service- maintaining the standard food, service, health, and safety,
Implementing promotional strategies and other store events and activities.
Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, or Operations Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in a similar or related job; 3 years of which is in a Managerial capacity preferably from a bar and restaurant set-up or a fine dining restaurant.
Excellent leadership and management skills- Good communication skills
Knowledgeable in handling a full-service restaurant and sales analysis
- Background in Bar management is a plus but not a requirement
