Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Cost Control: Implement strategies to reduce costs while maximizing sales.
Timely Purchases:
Ensure timely procurement of supplies to meet operational needs.Inventory Management:
Maintain organized and accurately recorded inventory.Staff Management: Efficiently manage schedules and staff, ensuring proper decorum and adherence to standards.
- Training: Train staff to provide excellent service and follow food and service standards.
Problem-solving:
Quickly address issues with effective solutions in mind.Coordination:
Coordinate directly with the owner and head chef for seamless operations.Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for sales, cash handling, purchasing, and HR coordination.
Requirements:
- Salary Range: Php22,
- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in restaurant management or related field.Organizational Skills:
Ability to maintain well-organized records and schedules.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate staff effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and superiors.
Flexibility:
Able to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve problems efficiently.Analytical Skills:
Capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions.HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes, including hiring and timekeeping.
