HRM graduate or any related course
At least 4 years work experience in the same capacity
Must have upscale restaurant work experience
Good communication and leadership skills
Job Description:
Reviews, proposes improvements, and implements the assigned property operations standards; manages it's operations systems and processes.
Leads & implements the guest engagement programs, handles, responds and collaborates on guest feedbacks and complaints
Understands, keeps updated, and actively participates in competition scan, competitor performance and activities
Determines and assesses covers and revenue forecast; reviews and keeps track on sales targets and actual performance, profit and loss.
Works closely with the F&B Manager in property strategies and tactics to drive revenue and growth; participates and implements in operations plans, operations budgets, and operations capital expenditures.
Manaages the assigned F&B operations - service team, performs management oversight on the F&B operations - kitchen teams; reviews and implements the team job scope, competency design and key performance parameters; participates in manning and hiring, improvement and development, career growth and succession planning. Reviews, proposes improvements, implements the F&B service policy manual and standard operating procedures; while securing a complete and updated database for all corporate collaterals and brand standards, department archive and remote archive, submission and maintenance of reports
