Salary: 35 - 45k plus 10% service charge, staff meal, uniforms
Work schedule: 6x/ week, 11am - 10pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the restaurant
Proficiency in restaurant management software
Proven track record of managing a restaurant, including staff supervision and inventory control.
Strong leadership and team management skills
