RESTAURANT MANAGER to be assigned at
Buffalo's Wings N Things located at
SM City SucatMeet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, budgeting, scheduling, and expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Detailed Responsibilities
Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations
- Monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed
- Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees as they provide efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Resolve customer and employee disputes or complaints
- Maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to the company's Quality Service and Standards
- Oversee the implementation of the store's marketing and sales building activities
- Create initiatives for Local Store Marketing
- Establish and achieve business and profit objectives, as well as sales targets
- Analyze data and processes to create more effective or efficient processes and strategies
- Present various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submit on a timely manner:
o Staff Scheduling
o Timekeeping Validation
o Sales Report
o Inventory and Orders
o Directional Reports
o Incident Reports
o Other reports that may be required from Operations Department- Mastery and Execution of MIC's High Impact Leadership Disciplines:
o Pre-shift
o On-Floor
o Post-Shift- Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace and ensure that signage and displays are attractive
- Assist in other responsibilities that may be assigned by the top management as deemed necessary
