- Graduate of Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall Operations Management: Recommends strategic plans and reviews; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; Address and resolve conflicts and concerns; complete audits; and determine system improvements
- Financial Management: Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; optimize revenues
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation licensing regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing long-term strategies.
- Ensure assigned stores are compliant on the standard procedures and will pass the quarterly/year- end store audits.
