In charge of conducting routine audit and inspections of Caf and Kiosk Operations for Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation Compliance. Verification of compliance on sanitation laws, regulatory requirements, and Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. Conducts investigation on Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation customer complaints and recommends corrective actions.
Conducts routine inspections of our Cafe's and Kiosk's facilities, machines, equipment, and waste management practices.
- Verifies the document production process to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Monitors and enforces compliance with sanitation laws, regulatory bodies, and management policies.- Investigates customer complaints and non-conformance.
Develops, recommends, and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or any science-based related course.
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
With knowledge in food safety practices/GMP/HACCP/FSSC.- Excellent oral and written communication skills with critical thinking skills.
Has strong analytical skills and proactively resolve problems.
- Willing to accept a store-based assignment (either of the ff: Pasay, or Manila Area)
