Job description- Graduate of any 4-year business or any related course
At least 3 years experience as an Area Manager / Operations Manager- Will handle multiple restaurant branches
Must be knowledgeable in Front of the House and Back of the House operations
- Responsible to train, challenge, motivate and encourage and provide constructive guidance to restaurant managers and team related to all areas of effective operations
Leads and guides store managers to successfully & profitability operate stores to achieve market growth- Analyze all the restaurant operating cost
