Resort managers oversee the entire running of a resort
Responsible for ensuring that the resort is operating in excellent condition.
Must have strong leadership skills and communication skills.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort ensuring high service standards
Manage all aspect of business including sales, marketing, budgeting etc.
Overseeing the daily operations of the resort including check-in procedures, house keeping, security, and maintenance
Responsible for possible partnership of establishments near the area e.g golf clubs, caterers, churches and corporates)
Design business plans and negotiate contracts to suppliers and guests.
Accomplish financial goals and reports periodically on financial performance.
Source and build relationships with prospect clients.
Update job and market knowledge
Handling complaints from guests or other employees in a timely manner.
Responsible for overall performance of the resort
