JOB DESCRIPTION- Ensure smooth overall Resorts Operations (Human Resources, Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Sales and Finance).
Preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and perform routine operational checks.
Conduct regular operations team meeting to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
- Assess and review customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the Resort.- Develop, maintain and manage relationships with Government authorities, vendors and suppliers
Administering effective security processes and maintaining legally required health and safety procedures.
- Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L's and forecasting.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong sales and marketing experience in the Hotel industry- Excellent people management and revenue management skills
