Job Description

Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Residential/Commercial/Strata Administrator, who will provide essential administrative support across residential, commercial, and strata properties. Your responsibilities include entering property listings into the CRM, managing arrears, handling general admin tasks, and preparing data for team meetings and KPI reporting. You will also take meeting notes, ensure smooth communication, and support the preparation of presentations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are key. Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint) and experience with CRMs like PropertyMe and CoreLogic are required. Familiarity with tools like Inspection Express, AgentBox, and LastPass is a plus.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on property management operations while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering New Property Listings into CRM: Accurately input and update residential, commercial, and strata property listings in the CRM system
  • Arrears Management: Monitor and manage overdue payments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts
  • Data Compilation & Presentation: Gather, analyze, and present data in clear, engaging slideshows for weekly team meetings
  • Meeting Note-Taking: Take detailed, organized notes during fast-paced meetings, ensuring key points are captured and communicated effectively
  • General Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative tasks for residential, commercial, and strata portfolios, ensuring smooth operations
  • KPI Reporting: Collect and organize data from individual team members for monthly KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to support the team and overall business objectives
