Role Overview:
As a Reservations Sales Specialist Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our reservations and sales team to success. You will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the reservations and sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Oversee the reservations process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling bookings and inquiries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in reservations and sales roles within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and sales software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
