Reservations and Ticketing Agent - airline

Create PNRs, fare computations, issue/re-issue tickets, process ticket refunds, issue EMS and other related tasks

Can communicate well with passengers, and travel agents regarding their reservations or ticket issuances

Minimum 2 year experience working in the Airlines/Travel Agency Sectors

Must have a working knowledge & experience of Sabre GDS

Close attention to details and highly organize

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Have good moral character, trustworthy, and responsible

Must be capable, adaptable, and quick learner

Bachelor's degree preferably in Tourism, Travel Management, or related courses

Job Type: Permanent
