REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside near Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Office Location: Alabang Hills, West Service Rd., Muntinlupa City)
College degree - Hospitality, Tourism, and Hotel Management or equivalent- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in reservation/booking.
Experience in working in sales or public relations, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism Industries.
- Customer Service experience
Excellent in written and verbal communication- Proficient in Microsoft office suites
Data entry and corporate sales experience
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
