Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in reservations, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Experience in corporate sales or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must reside near Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Office Location: Alabang Hills, West Service Rd., Muntinlupa City)
- Responsibilities include:
Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Confirm and process reservations accurately and efficiently.
Update and manage the reservation system with current availability and rates.
Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct presentations and sales pitches to corporate clients.
Promote additional services and upgrades to maximize revenue.
Assist in developing marketing materials and promotions targeting corporate client
Experience preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Proficiency in managing the sales process through specific software programs
