Job Scope:l Responsible in responding to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations through telephone and emails and social media platforms.
l Recommends suitable options for all guests and assists to confirm all reservations.
l Creates and maintains reservation records, prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications.
l Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Hotel and Resort Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field.
l Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
l Strong computer proficiency and email management skills
l Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
