Job Summary
Primarily responsible in conducting initial assessment and qualifying sourced properties by
the relationship managers and networks.
Job Responsibilities
- Verify availability, profitability and salability of sourced properties.
- Create financial simulations to determine the profitability of the sourced properties.
- Conduct market assessment and competitor scanning to confirm salability of the sourced
properties.
- Recommend properties to be moved to the next process (due diligence).
- Coordinate with different financial institutions, developers, networks, direct sellers, LGUs, NGOs
and cooperatives with regards to initial sourcing requirements.
- Collate initial requirements for properties to be accepted by the acquisition unit.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements
- With at least 3 years experience in Recruitment, Training or Sales Coordination.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or any related course
- Has proven effective analytical, organization and coordination skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
